Being extremely detailed, enthusiastic, and quite dedicated to her clients’ needs, Caryn looks forward to channeling those attributes to satisfying, and exceeding, their every requirement. The refinance process was quick with faster than expected turnaround times at different stages of processing. Robert and Katheryn were the team I worked with and had a great experience. On the document submission, I worked mostly with Katheryn she did a good job of keeping me informed of requests and submissions and feedback from Underwriting. Extremely well organized team with an excellent pre-screen process they will let you know if it can go ahead or not based on preliminary data and keep their commitment from there on.
The best part is they accept RSU income which is a problem with many banks. The rate is also lower than what you can get with most online applications. Will definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a new mortgage or a refinance.
